Please note: These pages were originally just for book reviews, however, as I also do quick reviews of TV series and at times movies in my Friday Highlights posts, expect these as well. There are more reviews to be uploaded to the site, just hang tight ^_^.
For Book Reviews: Please see the Q&A below for more information about the reviews found in these pages and how your work can be reviewed.
1. What Can I Expect?
These pages are dedicated to YA and adult — short story, episodic, novella, novel and selected graphic novels.
2. Any Genre?
I review those genres I most enjoy: Speculative Fiction (fantasy, sci-fi, horror, etc), I will also review some Thriller, Non-Fiction, Mystery and Chick Lit.
3. What Kind of Reviews?
Reviews will either be written or video reviews. Some books will have both and authors can also request a particular review-type. However, I will make all final decisions.
4. Where Can I Find Them?
Reviews will be shared on this blog, Amazon, YouTube (when it’s a video review), and I will consider sites the author asks for them to be posted on. Additionally, when my new website is unveiled later in 2015, all reviews will be available there as well.
5. Who Will Read Them?
Your book’s review will have the potential opportunity to be seen by thousands of followers and of course the many more who discover your book.
6. I’m An Author, What Do I Have To Do?
If you would like your book considered for a review you can contact me with relevant information (genre, length, etc) here: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Form below.
7. What Is A Review Exchange?
It’s another review option where I deliver an honest review of one of your books in exchange for an honest review of one of mine. Only available for those who will be able to read and review in two weeks or less. I can also facilitate exchanges between authors — if enough parties take part. If you’re interested in either of these options please contact me here: email@example.com or use the Contact Form below.
8. I’m Not An Author, Can I Submit?
Yes, of course. If you are not an author but would like to suggest or submit a book for review, feel free to contact me at: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Form below.
9. How Often Do You Post Reviews?
Currently I read and review 2 – 3 books per month. Reviews are posted between Wednesdays and Saturdays each week on all sites where they are to be uploaded. Authors are notified.
9. Why Are You Doing This?
I began my #6months30books promotion in June 2015 as a way to ensure that I got back into reading and reviewing more. I’ve always enjoyed reading and love to be able to promote authors by leaving an honest review.
