How Watching TV’s Like Reading A Book… and Helps You Write

I can already hear the “harumphs” of disapproval with this post title, but hear me out…

I watch lots of series – a lot. So much so that I actually get tired of watching and at least two weeks a month barely watch TV. The other two or so weeks I binge everything from the latest thriller, to documentaries, and reality shows. Doesn’t matter if the show’s in my native English or not, I’ll watch if it piques interest.

What does all this have to do with reading and writing? Let’s see . . .
