Monday Insights: Just Say It

 Sometimes those we’ve been keeping in the dark about our true feelings, are thinking the exact same things. Other times, they have absolutely no idea that we’re hurting or angry. Instead we keep quiet, observing all the little social nuances, allowing the burden to slowly become a huge part of us.

Speak out, say what you have to say. Let’s not be so worried about the outcome, that precious time moving forward is wasted.

  1. This is so true, I’ve probably spent more time and stress worrying about the outcome than anything that it actually causes. When you say what you want to say its a weight off your shoulders. I wish I could just have the courage to say what’s needed to be said, it’s make life a little less stressful.

    1. You’re not alone in the struggle, but, thinking of the good feelings that can follow a reveal, is one of the things that can help with the push to speak. The sooner we rip the plasters off . . . ^-^.
